最早1992年、主要自1990s中期开始发展的一种Trance形式。该类型常将人声元素融入流行音乐（Pop），并强调Trance制作中的旋律与和声元素。曲目速度通常以120-145BPM为主，其结构常与Progressive Trance、Uplifting Trance及Progressive House相似。该类型在千禧年之际于欧洲广泛流行，随后在2000年代中期由Tiësto、Above & Beyond、Armin van Buuren的《A State of Trance》DJ混音进一步推广。自2010年代中期起，公众兴趣因EDM市场趋势变化而逐渐衰退。
